The Role

We're looking for freelance full-stack engineers to collaborate with us on an ad-hoc / project-based basis. Workload varies — some months are light, some months move fast and require strong focus.

When things get busy, we need engineers who can understand a system quickly, own features end-to-end, and deliver without micromanagement. Mid-level and senior engineers welcome.

What You'll Do

Work as a full-stack engineer, owning features from idea to delivery
Design, build, and test backend services and APIs
Work on frontend features when needed (web UI, integrations, flows)
Improve code quality, system design, and developer experience
Shape internal tools, workflows, and best practices
Use AI coding tools daily (IDEs, plugins, CLIs, LLM APIs)
Collaborate closely during high-pressure delivery phases

Requirements

Strong software engineering fundamentals (clean code, OOP, performance)
Hands-on full-stack development experience
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins, etc.)
Comfort working with databases (SQL & NoSQL)
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Solid Java & Spring Boot fundamentals

You are already using AI in your daily coding workflow — AI-assisted IDEs/copilots, coding CLIs, automation scripts, LLM APIs, or agent-style workflows. If you're only "interested in AI" but not actively using it, this is not a fit.
